Available to all those who have served or those who are currently serving for a minimum period of two years in any of the uniform services: Armed and Emergency Forces and all they encompass such as: Army, Navy, Air Force, Border Control, Coast Guard, Fire and Rescue, Nursing & Ambulance, Police and Prison services. Next of kin and direct descendants may also apply. The miniature medal and all other items are available without restriction.
