Miniature Pacific Bar

The Miniature Pacific Clasp was awarded to those who qualifed for the Pacific WWII Star; however as the recipient had already qualified for the Burma Star they were awarded the bar in place of the medal, to be worn on the WWII Burma star ribbon. 

This miniature bar can only be worn on the Burma Star, only 1 bar can be worn on the ribbon of each WW2 star. On the ribbon bar this award may be represented by a silver rosette.

The miniature replica bar is gold in colour to match the medal and bears the word "PACIFIC". The ribbon is placed through the middle of the clasp and it is slid down to sit just above the top of the medal suspension ring on the ribbon. There is no need to stitch or fix the miniature clasp in place.
