The Medal of Pride offers a wonderful opportunity for a loved one to recognise and celebrate a close relative who served Queen & Country with the Diamond Jubilee Medal. The Diamond Jubilee Medal is awarded to those who have served Queen and Country from 6th February 1952, or those who are currently service members of the Armed Forces, Emergency Services Personnel (paid, retained or voluntary), Prison Service, Police Community Support Officers, holders of the Victoria Cross and George Cross and members of the Royal Household.
The Medal of Pride makes a very personal commemoration gift for a grandchild/great grandchild to honour and remember with pride a special relative’s invaluable contribution to Crown and Country. The Medal of Pride is not personalised with service details and the wording can only appear as shown above.
A miniature version of each medal is beautifully mounted and encased in a hand-crafted, beech finish frame.
‘Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal’ is engraved on the frame above the Commemorative Diamond Jubilee medal. Underneath the medal the frame
is engraved with the choice of the following most appropriate wording:
My Dad/Father/Grandad/Grampa/Great Grandad/Husband/Brother/Son Served
My Mum/Mother/Nan/Grandma/Great Grandmother/Wife/Sister/Daughter Served
