Please review the options below if contacting us by email and use the link (by clicking on the heading) which is most appropriate to your enquiry. We would usually respond to you email with 24 hours however during busy periods we do ask for up to 5 days to respond.
Track My Order
Please be aware that we ask for up to 28 days for delivery and items may arrive separately. If You still have not received your full order after this time, please supply your order date, postcode and order number.
No Obligation Quotation Request – Please Provide Full Name and Address Details
To receive a “no obligation” quotation for a specific item/s that are not detailed on our website or in our catalogue, please provide your full name and address and details of your requirements; we will then prepare your quotation and email it to you.
To send artwork for assessment or for a personalised order, please provide your name, address & contact details. Files should be supplied in jpeg of pdf format.
Payments and Refunds
If you have purchased online, your payment is taken at point of order as we do not retain your personal payment details. Whilst this does mean that you have paid for your items prior to delivery, we feel that this is the most secure way to operate online payments. If you have returned a parcel for a refund, please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed. We will contact you to confirm we have received your goods.
Returning an Order
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund – this does not however apply to personalised/engraved items which cannot be returned unless incorrect or faulty. Returned parcels remain the customers responsibility until received by us. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed. Please ensure you include your name, address & order details and reason for the return.
Cancelling an Order
If you decide to cancel an order please inform us of the your name, address & order number. Please note that some items are delivered direct from our suppliers so although we will endeavour to cancel your order your request maybe too late. In such an instance we will ask you to return the item to us.
Change of Address
If you have moved home or we have incorrect details for you please complete including previous details and new address.
If you are seeking further information on a product or service that we offer that fall outside of the information provided on our website or in a catalogue, please include as much information regarding you enquiry as possible.
Remove from Mailing
Please give full name and address information including. Please be aware that we process our mailings in advance and so you may still receive further catalogues until this request is processed.
